Huzzah, it's finally here - ninjagaijin.net version 1.1! The major update is the implementation of a comment system, so now you can respond to my posts with your thoughts. Oh, and I've crowded lots of cute little geek icons at the bottom of the page, haha. Good times.

Just a few quick words about the comment system...this is a site that is viewed by a lot of people that I know, from young to old and from close family to acquaintances. As I don't want them (or anyone else, really, for that matter) to have to put up with either spam or inappropriate comments, you have to sign up for an account before you can post comments. You can do that here. Requests are moderated, so don't expect instant turn around, ok? :)

Also, once you get an account, please be careful with it. Posts are not moderated once you're signed up, so please remember my reader base ok? I'm not going to tell you what you should and shouldn't be putting up because you're all big, responsible adults (or you wouldn't have an account) and I'm sure you can work it out. Alright, party on!!

I've got plenty more things to do with the code so there'll be a version 1.2 eventually too, I imagine. The main focus is adding a bit more functionality to the admin front end, adding the photo gallery and plonking the RSS feeds in. And of course, tidying up my code, hehe. I have to admit I kinda hacked the comment code together, so I really want to go back and clean it up. Yes, I'll slap myself on the wrist for hacking, but the code works well and really isn't too bad :D Good times.
