Wow, looks like I'm the new Hyogo AJET Prefectural Representative! Haha. A little bit of a surprise, but definitely in a good way. I'm really pumped about it, as it means getting out and about in new places, meeting new people and getting more involved in and giving back to the JET community that has provided me with so much fun over the past 8 months. I've never really done anything like this before, so I'm looking forward to the challenge and am going to do the best I can. My new responsibilities (hooray, I found some responsibilities in Japan!) are apparently facilitating monthly Hyogo AJET committee meetings, reporting to National AJET, being the point of contact for the National AJET, other AJET chapters, the Hyogo BoE and outside organisations, leading the Tokyo membership drive and anything else I can think of. Good times! Our first meeting is towards the end of this month, so much excitement. Ganbarimasu!
